Safiya’s Modesty Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Safiya’s Modesty! We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, we offer exchanges only within 15 days of delivery. 

Returns

You may exchange most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please email us at safiyasmodesty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached. To request an exchange, contact us at safiyasmodesty@gmail.com with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
